White Sage
(Salvia apiana)
Product ID: 2272
Very aromatic Native American incense herb.
Used to make the smudge sticks common in Native American ceremonies.
Bushy plants with thick stems and dusty gray-green foliage.
Hardiness zones: 5-9.
Our White Sage has withstood 3 NM winters to date with little to no care. Mulching in fall and a light fertilizer in the spring and it’s held up.
This has proven to be incredibly aromatic when brushed against or crushed. Great smoker for smudges when dried.
