Old English favorite for cottage gardens.

Fragrant golden yellow flowers are delightful in potpourris and as cut flowers.

Annual or perennial, depending on location. It is a naturalized plant throughout most of North America. Wallflowers are a cool-season annual that can brighten gardens and containers in early spring when we’re so eager for color and fragrance. They will bloom alongside pansies,

Prefers partial shade or full sun and well drained soils.

Wallflower will withstand dry OR moist once established.

Germination 20-30 days

Prefers warmer soil (70F) or start indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost.

Barely cover seeds when direct sow.

Blooms early spring.

Transplants well.

Wonderful cut flowers.

Very fragrant.

Great for groupings in a flower garden.
